Close out the beer

On the far right, open Checklist. Everything should be ticked. If something is missing, press Go → and it takes you there.

When it's all done, tick Complete & Archive. The beer is finished: it comes off your list of beers in progress (the recipe stays in your recipe list). Untick it if you did it by mistake. Do this at the end of every beer.

That's the whole beer: brewed, its ingredients out of your tax inventory, all its tax paperwork done and saved, and taken off every list.
