Almost everything you need is on the Home screen.
To get there, use the left panel. It has two choices: Recipe Explorer and Home. Pick Home.
To get more room, hide the left panel with the small button at its edge, or drag its edge all the way over. Press the button again to bring it back.
Home has these buttons, in this order:
- Recipes
- New recipe
- Take inventory
- Meetings
- Opening list
- Closing list
- Calculations
- My tasks
Under them is the fermenters overview: every fermenter and what's in it (see Your fermenters on Home).
Then the rest of the buttons, in three groups:
- Plan: Production Planner, Yearly Planner, Monthly backup, Whiteboard (the Whiteboard only shows for managers and administrators)
- Order & Stock: Order Planner, Inventory
- Tax & Compliance: Tax Master, Tariff Reduction, Recipe Submitter, HACCP

0.2This manual, inside the app
The whole manual is inside Hakkotome: Settings → Manual (on the phone, More → Manual). Type a word in the search bar and it lists every place in the manual that mentions it, with the word marked. Tap one to open it; the word is marked in the text too. With nothing typed, pick a part of the manual from the list and read it. Links inside the manual jump to the part they name.
Example: type yeast and you get every section about yeast: adding it to a recipe, harvesting, counting it, the harvested yeast chart. Type two words, like harvest jar, and you only get the places that mention both.
It's the same manual as www.hakkotome.com/en/manual, and it's in English for now. The pictures load from the website, so they need an internet connection; the words don't.
