The production schedule
18.1Find your way around
On Home, click Production schedule. Use the arrows to look back into the past or ahead into the future. It shows what's coming up in every tank.
Click a beer on the schedule to open it again and change it: its tank, dates, transfer and actions (see Put it on the schedule).
18.2Print it
Press Print to print the production schedule: something useful to hang on the wall. Choose one month or two months. It prints from the 1st of the month, with the month's name at the top. If you have a lot of tanks and two months won't fit, print one.
18.3Other jobs
At the very bottom of the schedule is Other jobs: work that isn't tied to any brew. Anyone who is signed in can click a date, type the job, and add notes. Choosing the person it is assigned to is for administrators and people allowed to assign work (everyone, until an administrator has been set up in Settings → People). Example: keg washing on Thursday, assigned to Ken, with the note "the 10 L kegs from the festival."
Every job can be assigned to a person: brews, actions (dry hop, cold crash, custom jobs like adding Biofine), transfers and other jobs. The person sees it in their My tasks.
18.4Add a brew from here
You usually put a beer on the schedule from its recipe (see Put it on the schedule). You can also start here: click Add brew, type the beer's name, link its recipe, and fill in the rest the same way.
